Classes and sessions

Individual sessions.

These sessions are designed to meet the specific need of a client. These are a one to one 60min session where individuals will discover their inner strengths. Art making, positive thinking, mindfulness and meditating are all used to find focus, clarity and motivation. Working individually can ease anxiety, reduce stress and develop self compassion. Sally can provide a one off session or a series of sessions depending on what’s required. Art in therapy and Art as therapy are used in this session


Group sessions.

A 2 hour workshop centered around self discovery. Groups up to ten people can be catered for. Here Sally will guide people to find mental freedom while unlocking their creative potential and spending some quality time with themselves with no devices to distract! This is a fun workshop and will make one appreciate time to themselves. One does not need to be arty to do this workshop, its about taking time to breathe, create and release stress.
